Manufacturing, improvements and development:

We have several years of experience in manufacturing of a number of different products for our customers and we often assist in modification of existing products and in the development of new products and better solutions.

We can offer to evaluate materials and production processes as well as to optimise solutions as to assembling of the final products and to integrate the changes in our manufacturing.

Welding:

We have invested in modern and up to date equipment for welding in all sorts of materials, carbon steel, high yield strength steel, fine grain steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Punching, drilling, pressing, maschining and lathe:

We have a number of maschines for punching, drilling and lathes used for manufacturing of many different components and products. In many cases we produce larger DIN flanges, tube plates for heat exchangers, shafts and many others parts.

We can also offer to assist in development of tools and to produce prototypes.

Rolling and bending:

 We have rolling equipment for all kinds of plate and profile rolling and handle plate thickness up to 25-30 mm.

We have press brakes for bending of plates up to 4 meter long and we offer bending of simple and complex profiles in various materials, length and thickness.

 We use the maschinery for small assignments as part of manufacturing of complex products but we also handles larger assignments and we are willing to invest in further capacity in case of specific long term tasks.
