QUALITY

 We aim at being better than others…

Being a subcontractor we manufacture the products of our Customers and we know how important it is to meet their requirements in terms of quality. Our quality system is very practical oriented and this means that we, in addition to our basic procedures, prepare simple and easy procedures for each individual order for the specific Customer. In some cases our Customers provide own procedures and checklists to be followed during manufacturing or we work out together a quality manual for e.g. mass production of a certain product.

In addition to this we have quality engineers who monitors the daily work and execute internal audits to check that the procedures are followed.

All raw materials used in the production are subject to thorough quality control at reception. All plates, fittings welding materials etc. are checked together with certificates and placed on our stock when approved. There are normally full traceability on materials after deviding the materials.

We are TÜV certified according to AD-Märkblätter, HP-0/TRR100 and in this aspect quality certified according to EN729. Our Welders are certified according to EN287/288

 Welding activities are executed according to EN 729.

Welders have a valid welding certificate according to EN 287-1

We have carried out welding according to certified welding procedures in structural steel, fine grain steel and tubular welding in stainless materials.

Welding procedures are carried out according to EN 288 and are all verified by a third party - TÜV.

NDT control (X-ray, ultrasound, MPI etc.) is executed by an independant third party and checked by TÜV together with other quality tasks as part of the final approval of the product.

We focus on maintaining a good and uniform quality so that our Customers can minimise the controle at the reception to a minimum.

 Quality assurance is important and we work hard to improve the level all the time. Our system is practical oriented and to some extend flexible so that we can integrate the procedures required by our Customers. It has proved to be an advantage for us and our Customers and reason is that our workers are familiar with the procedures and they understand them and the importance of following them.
